Bradley Conquer VP of Finance and Administration of Superior Tire & Rubber Corp came and talked to the Club on Feb 6th. Founded in 1964, Superior Tire & Rubber Corp. is a designer and manufacturer of polyurethane and rubber industrial components for the material handling, construction, agricultural, military, and mining industries. They operate three plants, a distribution center, and offices and employ 285 employees in our area.
Dr. Philip S Vuocolo

Dr. Philip S Vuocolo is a General Surgery Specialist in Warren, Pennsylvania spoke to our club last Wednesday. He graduated with honors from State University Of New York Health Science Center Of Syracuse in 1983. Having more than 36 years of diverse experiences, especially in GENERAL SURGERY.
General surgery is a specialty that requires knowledge of and familiarity with a broad range of diseases that may require surgical treatment. After medical school surgical residency training includes content in ten areas of the body and several organ systems, plus the study of oncology, trauma, burns and emergency medicine.
John Lasher from the Community Foundation of Warren County came to speak to us about the Foundation and it’s focus.
In 1949, a small group of men and women thought that Warren County should have a foundation that would be able to provide support for education and various other projects for the citizens of Warren County. From its initial modest beginnings, this foundation has grown into a multi-million dollar organization.
In the last 5 years, the Community Foundation of Warren County has made distributions totaling over $10 million to local non-profit organizations and to scholarships for students attending colleges or trade schools.

Dr Mason Tootell from Warren General Hospital Family Medicine & Addiction Medicine spoke to us about additio
n and medication assisted therapy. Addiction effects every community at about 1 in 10 Americans have an abuse problem. The goal of any medication treatment is to stabilize a patient enough so that they can embrace and participate in recovery programs. Treatments must work hand and hand with counseling or recovery programs to create substantial recovery.

Warren Rotarians were happy to help out Saturday morning to help pack up food for children on our community.
Rotary Student of the Month, Michaela Giambrone, and her parents Mike & Debbie. Michaela runs Cross Country, Is a member of the National Honor Society and volunteers with her youth group at church to support the soup kitchen, giving trees and bringing joy to Rouse residents.

District Governor Scott Bayline

We welcomed our District Governor Scott Bayline to our meeting last Wednesday to share all about his plans and goals for Rotary District 7280 this year. Club President Adam Meneo was presented the District Governor with our donation towards his projects.
