Congrats to Amanda Johnson for being awarded our April Student of the month. Amanda is a senior at WHS and is planning to attended Clarion in the Fall.  Her mother Carla was able to join us for lunch as well.

Rick from Hickory Creek Brewing & Supplies talked to us about home brewing and wine making!

He explained the ingredients needed for making beer. They sell supplies for beer and wine making. He estimates that there are about 50-60 home brewers in the area and 3x that amount making there own wine.

On Fridays brewers bring samples of their beer for tastings.
